This 45-minute, high-energy class takes Pilates to the next level—delivering a higher intensity than your standard Pilates class for maximum results. We blend the core-strengthening power of Pilates with light to medium resistance training for a full-body sculpt. Using Pilates equipment, resistance bands, and light hand weights, you’ll tone, strengthen, and lengthen your muscles while moving to great music in a colorful, upbeat atmosphere.
This is a visually instructed class led by your Studio 95 instructor—meaning your focus is imperative. With little to no downtime, you’ll stay fully engaged, keep moving, and push yourself to shred, sweat, and leave stronger than you started.
